LAND is the governance & utility token of Landboard. 

Its locked version, LKLAND, acts as a 1-to-1 version of it that can be unlocked at certain dates in the future - allowing effective vesting.

LAND and LKLAND have multiple utilities within the Landboard Ecosystem - besides the fact that they make it exist in the first place, for example:

* Staking
* Minting Tiles
* Royalties reduction (in the future)
* Voting for DAO proposals 
* Creating DAO proposals
* Taking part in airdrops and giveaways
